NGO South Western Estonia Development Centre was created in 2008 to stand for the best interest of local people and to develop the rural community. The aim of the NGO is to develop rural communities and to enliven the village life through various projects, also to offer trainings, to widen the opportunities for youngsters and their world view, also to increase the awareness of environmental problems. The target group of the organisation is society, especially young people from rural areas, whom we try to reach through various local activities.

Since 2010 NGO south Western Estonian Development Centre also belongs to Rohelise Jõemaa Koostöökogusse. 2010 and 2011 year has recognized by local government NGO for Certificate of Honour in active youth work.

As sending organization chose and prepare youth participants and youth leader for active participation in project, concerning all rolls of Youth in Action Programme.

Sending organization is responsible to provide active involvement of youth leader and youth participants in preparation of project, its implementation and dissemination of project results.

Sending organization will support full filling of general objectives and priorities of Youth in Action programme and insure protection and safety for its representatives during project implementation.

Sending organization will ensure the visibility of project and Programme in local community supporting dissemination and exploitation of project results.

Sending organization is responsible to insure respect of anti-discrimination measures during selection of youth participants.
